The insignia features an embroidered silver coloured Maltese Cross surrounded by a gold and green wreath and topped with a Queen's Crown. In the centre of the Maltese Cross is a purple coloured quatrefoil. This is encircled with a purple coloured ring bearing the motto 'IN THIS SIGN CONQUER' in gold lettering.
