This set of notes on the Napier NZ tramway system provides details of the tram system and a list of the rolling stock. Notes that the system was destroyed by an earthquake, but he did not know the opening and closing dates at the time of preparation. The reference states that the system operated from 1913 to 1931. The first photo shows two crewmen looking at the headlight on the tram.
