Stamped in capital letters on the badge are "BALLARAT TRAMWAYS" on the outside, "EMPLOYEES DEPOT PASS", in the centre of the badge, with the word "Employees" in a semi-circle. For the first-year employees are given as a list, with the following years broken down into Lighting Department, Traffic Department, and Depot. Gives the surname and the person's initials and the amounts earned, deductions, and Workers' Compensation amounts. Has summary sheets at the end of each financial year.
