This was the corner of Victoria Street and Main Road. Stone's building is now Intersport. The road in the front of the store is Main Road which swings around the side to become the Bridge Mall. Victoria Street ends at the roundabout and becomes Little Bridge Street and runs down the other side of the building. Primary school aged children attend a school camp in regional Victoria. Some images are of a riverboat and others at Sovereign Hill heritage park. The property is Craiglee, which was one of the first vineyards established in Sunbury in 1865 by Stuart Johnson. It is sited on the east bank of Jackson Creek and fronts onto Macedon Street. This object relates to Charles Walter MURRAY. He was born on 1/01/1881 in Ballarat, VIC. Charles Walter served in the Army - 16th Reinf's 8th Battalion (5165) enlisting on, 24/01/1916 in Ballarat, VIC before being discharged from duties with the 16th REINF'S 8th BATT as a Army Non-Commissioned Private (PTE) on 28/11/1917. Charles Walter MURRAY was not a prisoner of war. His next of kin is Fanny Bertha MURRAY (wife). Charles Murray was awarded the British War Medal and the Victory Medal.WWI era postcards (21), collected and posted home to Ballarat East by an AIF soldier on active duty in a handmade pouch/envelope fashioned out of a khaki garment, hand-sewn and addressed with pen and ink to his mother, Mrs Elizabeth Sandwith. This object relates to Samuel Thompson SANDWITH. He was born on 1/06/1892 in Ballarat, VIC. Samuel Thompson served in the AIF (5219) enlisting on, 28/01/1916 in Ballarat, VIC before being discharged from duties with the 8TH BATTALION as a Army Non-Commissioned Private (PTE) on 10/09/1919. Photos 051/267 and 051/268 are 2 copies (one named) of a black and white photograph showing a Working Bee at the Menzies Creek Hall site. Photos 051/269 is a close up of the left side of the photo, showing Carol King, Grace Martin, Barbara Haig and Mrs Haig, along with Lyn Hermon (baby) and Jay Hermon (toddler). Photo 051/270 is a close-up of Rodney Haig, with Mr Martin in the background wearing a hat. Other men can be seen in the background. The photo shows the land being cleared in preparation for the building of the Mnezies Creek Hall in 1953. Tall trees are in the middle and background. The hall is situated on the south-east corner of Belgrave-Gembrook Road and School Road.

Two colour photographs showing a log cabin amongst trees. It was owned by the Edebohls family. The walls are made of logs, the gable ends have wooden shingles, and there is a more recent tin roof with the original shingle roof underneath the tin. There is a verandah on the downhill side of the house. Trees surround the house. The house is opposite Kerrs Park and is believed to be the oldest house left in Narre Warren East.
