Malcolm John TAYLOR enlisted in the RAAF on 19.6.1942 aged 19 years, service No 418772. On 4.3.1943 his records show he was granted his Air Gunners badge, received the rank of Pilot Officer (P/O) on 25.6.1943, posted to No 31 Sqd RAAF (Beaufighters) on 1.10.1943, 4.12.1943 reported missing believed killed on a non operational flight from Aust.
