Three typed pages - a covering letter from City Hall dated 19th February 1964, to the Head teacher regarding the allocation of sports grounds for 1964, a weekly timetable for the use of each ground by a particular school, and a list of special allocations. The grounds allocated are : Queen Elizabeth Oval, Showgrounds, Kennington, Golden Square, Ewing Park, Wilkie Park, Centenary Oval, Garden Gully, Garden Gully (new Basketball courts), North Bendigo Recreation Reserve, Allingham St., Quarry Hill, White Hills, Long Gully, and Londonderry.
