29 page document on A4 size paper, photocopied from a foolscap sized document, contained within a black plastic ring comb binder, clear plastic cover and dark blue rear cover. Memorandum and Articles of Association for the BTPS to enable the organisation to be registered under the Companies Act 1961. Gives names, addresses of the subscribers to the document, dated 24 August 1973. At the time was the current Board members. Witnessed by Imelda Mary Calnin. Subscribers were: Maurice Calnin, Francis (Frank) Hanrahan, Clyde Croft, Allan Harnwell, Warren Doubleday, Graeme Inglis, Geoffrey Cargeeg, Barry McCandlish, William (Bill) Kingsley and Richard Gilbert.
