The report titled "Proposed Melbourne to Burwood Electric Tramway and Electrification of Hawthorn Horse Tramway" by McCarty Underwood dated May 1914. Report prepared as a precursor to the formation of the Hawthorn Tramways Trust. The report looks at the estimated costs, revenue, expenditure and engineering difficulties.
