Book, Harrison, James P, The Endless War: Vietnam's Struggle for Independence, 1989
The Endless War is dispassionate, deeply informed, yet touches on a crucial subject in an authoritative manner. It explains, above all, why the Vietnam War was won by the Vietnamese rather than lost by the French or Americans; it gives us a necessary understanding of the roots of revolutionary nationalism. The Endless War is dispassionate, deeply informed, yet touches on a crucial subject in an authoritative manner.
