Re-dedication of Mitcham War Memorial at Halliday Park. The memorial commemorates 143 Mitcham district men who served in World War I and ll who died. Halliday Park and the area around the memorial was redeveloped last year. Plaques were laid to commemorate the 50th anniversary of World War II and the men who fought in Korea, Malaysia and Vietnam.
