A large gold ivy leaf in the centre has been cut out and extends past the fold. The ivy leaves and stems are bordered in gold. Over the large ivy leaf is a bunch of small blue flowers and one pink one. There are some small blue flowers along the bottom edge. When the card is opened, on the right side is another bunch of small blue flowers and one pink one with some buds.
