Mrs Jeanne Pratt commissioned the book and this copy was presented to Sue Barnett on a visit by members of the Boroondara Historical Societies. Yesterday lunch time Margaret/ had three servings of sweets and was coming/ up for one more before I stopped her. We played/ in the snow on Lake Mountain and were/ taken to Steavensons Falls. We are saving/ the Eildon Weir trip to do on our way/ home. I took the girls horse riding and/ for an hour I walked behind and had to/ hit the horses on the rump to make them move./ 7/6 an hour each too.
