Newspaper or magazine cutting from an unknown gloss paper titled "How SCATS can adapt", about the use of the system - Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (from VicRoads Website 7/7/2019), noting the use for the system for traffic control in Melbourne, including tram priority.
