The author, Peter Bakker, has spent several years researching the part played by south western Victorian aborigines and this booklet details the results of this research. A replica of the gold nugget 'Poseidon' that was discovered on the 18th of December 1906 at Tarnagulla. It was found 10 inches below the surface, 2 inches above bedrock with much quartz. It was found by Woodall and Party and named after a famous racehorse of the time. Gross weight 953 ozs. Net 703 ozs.
