A letter dated 29/1/1982 from Ministry for Planning, Victoria to the Secretary Bendigo Historical Society (request for any information held regarding importance); b copy of application from the Organ Historical Trust of Australia to ''Add a Building to the Register of Historic Buildings''. Details of the organ are within the application - builder: August Randebrock, Paderborn, Germany , 1871; statement of significance re the organ - 'It is the only large example of a large (sic) 19th C German organ in Australia, such instruments are rare even in Germany.
