It is the divided back type, with words "Post Card", and a location for the stamp. It is "Printed in Great Britain" and published by "The Valentine & Sons, Publishing Co. Ltd. Black & White Photograph of one of the ESCo Toastracks being assembled in the Exhibition Buildings in Grenville St., north of the Alfred Hall in 1905. The other open Toastrack or Summer tramcar is behind this tram, with other California Combination cars on the sides. The trams have yet to be fitted with wheels or equipment, including headlights. Note the front dash panel has been painted, but no headlight opening or cut out. The print for this photograph made from a copy negative of page 454 of the Australasian, August 19, 1905 in 1993. Print includes caption (all in caps) "Summer Traffic Car: to be used in trips to and from the Gardens. It is without sides, and has reversible backs. Ballarat Electric Tram Service". See Reg. A4 folded pamphlet, brochure, titled "Ballarat's Horse Trams" produced originally for the October 1994 CHHA exhibition at the Ballarat Drill Hall at which the Horse tram was displayed outside. Printed by a laser printer on A4 paper - yellow - featuring a vertical photo of the horse tram near Windmill Drive North, unloading the body of No. 1 in 1985 at the depot and inaugural running in 1992. Also has a membership application form for the BTM. Gives a brief history of the horse trams in Ballarat and the reconstruction of the vehicle itself.
