The 22 copies of Brennessel were the property of Internee Brulle, who was repatriated to Britain during the War. The copies were given to Pastor Ewald Steiniger, Pastor at the Lutheran Trinity Church in Melbourne. Steineger's son donated them to the Tatura Museum..Typed, roneod newsletters written in German with numerous sketches of camp life and identities. On 1 April 1991, ‘A’ Squadron 8/13 Victorian Mounted Rifles linked with 4/19 Prince of Wales’s Light Horse Regiment to form a new regiment of two squadrons: VMR Squadron and PWLH Squadron.
