Yields information about the appearance of Geelong's trams in particular ex Melbourne J class trams after receipt in Geelong. This tram later became Ballarat No. 11.Black and white print from a Geoff Grant negative of a Geelong bogie tram entering Corio Terrace from the Geelong depot on 8/1/1956, while Pengelley 19 waits in the siding. The bogie tram (37) has destination of "Special", 19 - "Chilwell". Has the Geelong SEC depot/powerhouse building in the background with part of the Blakistons' sign visible. In 1973 it was decided too much money would have to be spent to restore Grampian House Guest House to its original glory after a clearing auction it was demolished by Bawalda Bros. from Horsham. The property was sold to Mr Gary West of Stawell and Mr Lyle Jamieson of Ararat who proposed to build a Tavern-bistro Conference Centre. This did not proceed and the property was auctioned on 14th July 1984 but was passed in a auction. It was later sold to a syndicate of Halls Gap businessmen, Mr. Keith Smith, Mr. John Ingram and Mr Arthur Mangle.
