A4 size photocopy of a photograph and accompanying text of an article that appeared in The Courier, Ballarat about the return of tram No. 39 from Lismore to Ballarat by the BTPS. No date on item, about March or April 1976 as appealing for space to store the tram and giving dimensions of the spaced needed for storage. Photo of tram accompanying item is of No. 12 with destination of Sebastopol. The April 1976 issue of Fares Please! gives the proposed move date as 8 and 9 May 1976. A3 size photo copy enlargement of a photograph of an ESCo tramcar on a property near Ballarat. Was printed in the Souvenir Supplement Issue of the closure of the Ballarat Tramways - see Reg item 269. The caption for the photograph in this article gave the tram number as No. 16. Was made for the first depot display board on ESCo No. 12, c Nov. 1993 from newspaper cutting loaned by Alan Bradley. Bell portion of a tramcar conductor's bell. Approximately. 100mm diameter, about 35mm deep with a raised or bossed hole at the top 4.5mm at the top. Bell possibly cast or pressed brass, appears to have been damaged or repaired due to excess brass in portion of the bell and on the underside where signs of brass welding are apparent. If from a horse tram, would have most likely been made by Duncan and Fraser of Adelaide SA. A pink satin and cream machine lace bedspread made from alternative 13 to 14cm wide strips in a rectangular pattern with central rectangle set at 45 degrees. Three sides are edged with silk chenille bobbles in pink and cream. The central rectangle and the four corners surrounding the central rectangle have a floral cut work pattern in the silk overlaying the lace which has couched cornelli work..
