This is a licence for a driver of a motor cycle in Victoria. The licence was issued in March 1916 to William Wines of Warrnambool. The licence was valid for one year. The form used was actually one for a motor car but the word 'cycle' was added in handwritten ink. This licence is of considerable interest as 1916 is an early date for the ownership of a motor cycle in WarrnamboolThis is a sheet of paper providing a motor cycle licence. The paper has the Victorian Coat of Arms, black printing and handwritten information in black ink. The paper is a little crumpled and stained.
