Letter begins 'Hello Al' and ends 'Your pal Arthur.' Blue envelope (0390.b) is post-marked Durban, dated 15 September 1948 and bears one blue and one red South African stamp. 0390.b has been re-addressed from Rector Street, New York to South Street, New York.
