This is a photograph of the students from grades 3 to 6 in their classroom with their teacher, Pam Telfer at Bulla Primary School in December 1993. The decorations and the Christmas tree indicate it is close the Christmas and the blackboard indicates the era was before whiteboards were introduced into school, not to mention i pads.This is a photograph of classroom prior to the use of white boards, computers and i pads in schools. A coloured non-digital photograph of children sitting on the floor of their classroom in front of their chairs and tables while their teacher is reading to them. They are holding a small dog, either a dachshund or a spaniel. There is a low building behind the tank. There are trees in the background. The house where the tank is situated is the white house visible in B0399 which belonged to Laura (surname unknown). On the back of the photo is printed '1532'. It probably dates to the 1940s and is part of a collection of family photos donated by Pam Harris, Shire of Sherbrooke President, 1982-1983 & 1987-1988.

The scrapbook was deposited with the Kew Historical Society for safekeeping. It is complete and comprehensive allowing for interpretation.A scrapbook, compiled by members of the Lioness Club of Kew containing photographs and typed profiles of members dating from 1982-7. The profiles were added at monthly intervals under a heading "Lioness of the Month". The scrapbook also contains some annual reports and president's reports. At the back of the scrapbook are two newspaper cuttings (The Free Press, March 19, 1980), profiling the new president, Mrs Helen Joyce, and the Club. The Australian designed Microbee computer ran at a clock speed of 2 MHz, with a video clock of 12 MHz (displaying 64x16 characters of 512 x 256 pixels) on a modified television of composite monitor. The standard machines were supplied with 16 rt 32 KB of static RAM, and stored programs on a cassette. It was released in June 1982, and could be purchased for AUS$399 in kit form. The Microbee operating system was micro World BASIC.White computer monitor, keyboard, two instruction books and a MicroBee manual. It was the first computer designed and built in Australia. The Ballarat School of Mines was an early user of the MicroBee and had computer labs set up with MicroBee technology. The Northern District School of Nursing opened in 1950 in to address the issues around nurse recruitment, training and education that had previously been hospital based. The residential school was to provide theoretical and in-house education and practical training over three years. The students would also receive practical hands-on training in the wards of associated hospitals. The Northern District School of Nursing operated from Lister House, Rowan Street, Bendigo.
