Hospitalised 4.7.17 with injured knee, hospital again 26.6.18 with Catarrh. WIA 11.8.18 GSW to right shoulder. Discharged from the AIF on 6.7.19. Chevrons were worn inverted on the right sleeve of the uniform below the elbow. Colour patches were worn as shown on each arm.Items relating to H.
