Gives notes on the through routing of the tram service, how the clock style format works and that it operates from the Tramway Centre. Also details when extra services are run and times as specific points along the route. Pages 24 and 25 detail the fares and charges, page 26 - luggage, page 27 - section destinations for the various routes and page 28, notes recent reductions in electricity charges. Two copies held. Newspaper Clipping from The Courier, October 1971, titled "Tram 42 Retires as a Church Kindergarten", with a photo of tram No. 42 being manoeuvred into the Zion Congregational Church yard in Sebastopol on a low loader, with the church in the background. Notes that tram was delivered by SEC workmen and that the foundations had been prepared for several weeks prior to delivery. People mentioned in the story are Rev Syd Munn, C. Merrett, SEC I. Photocopy of an article in the State Electricity Commission of Victoria Magazine, Contact, Vol 2, No. 2, Aug 1937 titled "The Commission visits Ballarat". The single page item details the visit of the SEC Commissioners to Ballarat 16/7/1936. Gives a list of the people from the SEC who visited. Met with Council, explained the purpose of the SEC - "not for profit". Visited the operations of the SEC in Ballarat, tramway works under the supervision of R. H. Meakin and a visit to Electra Hall. Features a photo of a line up of 21 motor vehicles outside the Ballarat Power House. Record revised 3/4/2019 to add digital images with those from Andrew Cook CD.
