The images in Fly Rhythm series record landscapes from the Dandenong Ranges to Altona and were produced for an exhibition at the Wyndham Art Gallery called EXPERIMENT in 2012. -

Arranged by Secondary Values (value of records to users)Subject file containing information about cast iron lamp pillars (posts). Included are copies of the KHS archivist's reply to an inquiry regarding the location of decorative civic light pillars in Kew (2013). These lamps were previously located in the Dorothy Rogers Reserve, and in the Raoul Wallenberg Memorial Garden. The lamps in 2013 were stored at the Kew Depot for restoration. Artists statement: "Out there" refers to the wide view of the undulating land extending from our home acreage towards the escarpment and the coast. There are also the millions of small organisms that live out there. As well, out there is the vast Australian landscape which I find thrilling"Wool quilt in landscape orientation with three distinct design patterns, primarily orange/brown/red in colour. Top panel is a light brown background with paler circles inset. Middle panel is an ochre colour with horizontal uneven lines. Bottom panel is an orange colour with pale bordered square shapes. The Warrnambool Fire Brigade was formed in 1863. The first fire engine house was in Liebig Street and carters were required to carry water to fire scenes. In 1889 the Council built a new Fire Station on Liebig Street and Warrnambool hosted its own Annual Demonstration in 1894. In 1891 the volunteer brigade became part of the Country Fire Brigade. The Fire Station relocated to Raglan Parade in 1915 and then to Timor Street in 1961. In 1989 the Brigade moved back to Raglan Parade. This booklet is a memento of the State Championships that were held in Warrnambool to mark 150 years of community service to Warrnambool by the Warrnambool Fire Brigade (2013).This is a booklet of 96 pages containing printed material, maps, advertisements, photographs and tables. The back cover is red with a white, orange and yellow Origin Energy symbol and the front cover has a black background with an image of flames and a badge with the title of the booklet.
