Coloured photos of the historic Literary Institute during renovation. The building was a private residence for many years (for Mrs. Feilding) and later as the Tourist Office for a short period. Then as a cafe, restaurant for a short period, then in 2012 privately owned.3 Coloured photographs of restoration work of the historical Literary Institute. Two photos, one in (Album 1 p36.) show external work and one of internal renovations. The internal photo shows 3 adults and one child looking at the renovations. Worksheet notes state the adults were Historical Society members. The internal photo shows the lower ground floor completely removed.
