Used as a SEC tramways employees pass for either all Provincial tramways, Ballarat or Bendigo only. All badges have the SEC logo in the centre, organisational name (State Electricity Commission of Victoria) in white enamel and outer ring the words "Electricity Supply Department, Provincial Tramways", or "Electric Tramways Ballarat" or "Electric Tramways Bendigo". This is in blue enamel. On the rear are stamped numbers and manufacturers name - "AMOR" or "AMOR MELB" or "STOKES & SONS MELBOURNE" in the bottom portion of the pass.
