Photos of Carlton's 1947 players performing a revue at the Brunswick Town Hall. The photos depict Carlton players in season performing a ballet at a Carlton social function at the Brunswick Town Hall. Most of the players would represent Carlton in the winning 1947 Grand Final. The players were trained by a professional ballet teacher Mrs Clausen. Compared with current (2019) club social events the revue would be frowned upon due to the risk of injury. The accompanying letter is to Stephen probably Stephen Williamson, Carlton Statistician. Two Black & White photos with an accompanying letter of origin

Tram has dash canopy lights, but no large white strip under the drivers windows. Photo not dated but appears to be at about the same time as 977, 21.11.1962. Has Eaglehawk Town Hall and Post office in background and war memorial. Tram showing destination of "Quarry Hill". Photo shows how tram line extended past the town hall with the white posts visible. Part of a photographic record of Buninyong township. The buildings range from 1960s back to 1896, 1887, 1866, to a remnant of 1855, hidden within the shop of D. Brown electrician, consequently reflecting much alteration and change when compared to earlier photos.The streetscape is of historic significance, recording the detail of the streetscape in 1993. Many of the buildings have since undergone significant renovation/change.Streetscape of Learmonth St., Buninyong, looking over roundabout to Town Hall and businesses. Elm trees in the grounds of the Uniting (formerly Presbyterian) Church are seen in the background. Buildings are the fire station, council offices, Town Hall, Whykes Butchers, M. & D. Brown electrician, Buninyong Cake Shop and former bank, now a residence. Oak trees are in front of the council offices and shire hall. One tree planted in 1959 to mark the occasion of the connection of a water supply to Buninyong. A variety of elm is at the end of the row outside the Bank, now a residence. The Marion Tilley scrapbook is a significant record of performing arts in Melbourne during the 1950s and 1960s. The scrapbook includes programmes, photographs, newspaper reports and personal annotations which are a rich source of detail about repertoire, performers, and artistic sensibility in the period.Souvenir programme issued by the Creswick District Choral Society for a 'Grand Performance of Handel's Magnificent Oratorio The Messiah', in the Town Hall, Friday, December 23, 1904. With a chorus and orchestra of nearly 100 performers, the singers were Sopranos - Mrs. McGrath and Miss A. Horn, Contralto - Miss Bull, Tenor - Mr. V. Woolcock, and Bass - Mr. Marshall. The conductor was Dr. Nisbet. The reverse of the programme includes an advertisement for a Grand Sacred Concert on New Year's Night, Sunday January 1st, 1905 in the Town Hall.
