The article includes nine photographs of the house exterior and garden, the house interior and Dr and Mrs Springthorpe. It mentions that Mrs Arthur Tuckett laid out the garden, helped out by Mr Guilfoyle in the planning of it. The file also includes a photocopy of the obituary of Dr Springthorpe, published in The Argus newspaper on 24/04/1933. The obituary includes a photograph of Dr Springthorpe. The matching envelope is addressed to Mr A. Quinn, M.S. Mongabarra. The envelope has been re-addressed. On the lower part of the matching envelope (0847.b) a brown paper sticker, with H. Uner Aktiebolag, Sodra Stromsgatan 30, Norrkoping printed in purple ink, obscures the rest of the address.
