The Norman Oliver collection. Norman Oliver was three times Mayor of Bendigo - 1950-51, 1964-65, 1970-71. Two typed pages, the second also has typed notes on the reverse. There are two ink splotches on the front page. The document is titled 'The Mayor Speaks' and dated 9/4/65 in blue ink. The top half of the first page is over-typed and difficult to read.
