Features an Australian flags, the Victorian flag and the SGSC flag. An engraved brass/metal plate at the base features a dated inscription.

SGSC Australia Day Award Recipeint's honour board. Brown polished wood board featuring four columns detailing the Year, Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the Year and the Community Event. Painted in gold and black.

Decorative quilt made by SGSC staff. Each department contributed a decorated fabric square which represented what that department did. The body of the quilt features these decorated squares in between plain blue and green squares. Orange fabric border. Backed with calico and hemmed with a wood dowel hanging rod upper edge. Four plain white squares with the council logo in the centre are includes in the top and bottom rows.

Set of five paper cuts made at the Jinshan Peasant Academy in China. Three different designs. Cut from red paper the cuts feature designs of flowers and birds. Contained in a cardboard folder with Chinese writing and the date in black ink on the inside of back page. Hand written on front of folder is "MR WU - DIRECTOR JINSHAN PEASANT ACADEMY"

Flag created by Isobel Cooper from the SGSC. Made from Commonwealth Games 2006 flag, SGSC logo flag and four adopted countries flags. The countries are:- Dominica, St Kitts & Nevis, Anguilla and Monserrat. Two plastic hanging clips upper edge.

Set of seven englarged and mounted posters featuring events and tourist locations around South Gippsland. Used for promotional purposes by the SGSC the images are mounted on plastic board and coreflute. One poster features a bush scene with tall trees and another advertises Mossvale Park and the Music Festival held in March each year.

Features drawing of orange arched windows with map of Wilsons Promotory in distance. On the map a number of local businesses are highlighted. Collection of 57 black and white photographs of bridge and roadworks around the South Gippsland Shire 1965-1969. Includes images of several public buildings. Locations include Inverloch, Dumbalk & Meeniyan. Photographs taken by the Country Roads Board photographer. Mounted on cream textured card. Several have captions affixed. Each photograph is stamped and numbered on the reverse with the negative number used by the CRB. A prefix of 65, 67 & 69 is noted as part of the negative number which relates to the year the image was taken.

Each titled 1939 & 1945 respectively both with the text "AUSTRALIA REMEMBERS 1945-1995" at bottom edge. The scene which extends across the both windows shows five people representing each of the forces standing on a cliff overlooking the sea. A small boy wearing a hat and shirts stands separate from the group. He stands on a far cliff holding an Australian flag.
