Shows many people, mainly women in 1920's style clothing, watching the procession or parade, standing on either side of the northern half of the street, while a horse drawn car with a person dressed in a long beard proceeds along the street. Street towing a heavily laden horse tram as a trailer. Photo appears to be taken soon after opening of the electric trams, as the tram does not have any destination box above the driver.
