Lists 25 names, not all people where involved, list for Northcote Depot. Possibly the listing of the conductors at the depot at the time. Has been prepared on the rear of a "Northcote Municipal Tramways Job Sheet" listing the job, date, labour and materials used for the job with space for accounts and signatures. Form No. F29/S 56016. Yields information about the trams in Ballarat being decorated for specific occasions or carrying banners for advertising.Two newspaper clipping from The Courier, titled 1. - "Mobile Advertising Medium" - advertising Buy Australian Made, shows a banner on the side of tram 21 (five windows) with a depot employee looking at the banner. Undated. 2 - "Decorated Trams" - about an approach from Cr. Nicholson to the SEC Manager Mr. Linaker, about decorating a tram - purpose unknown, but Mr Linaker advised that all would carry flags - possibly at the time of the royal visit. Has been marked with a red cross through part of the cutting. Undated. Demonstrates aspects of the Ballarat Tramways management system of operations, the way the crews were given information on operating times, lunch breaks etc. The last timetable alteration.Single sheet of off white duplicating paper titled "On and Off - Total Times of Duty". Printed by wax cut stencil or Gestetner method. Details the sign on / sign off times for each run number operated by Motormen / Conductors and where they signed on, either depot or city and the total time worked for that particular shift. Has "LJD / 3/70", showing that Les Denmead authorised the roster. Was part of D. J. Everett papers. 2296.1 - as above, but typed original in a vertical or portrait format, rather than a landscape format. Printed single sheet pamphlet, advertising the formation of the BTPS following the end of the SEC system and seeking support. Has a sketch of a bogie tram in the top right hand corner. References to Ballarat spelt with 'aa'. Has post office box number, but with box number in a different type face, almost handwritten. Has strong association with the event of laying the track across Wendouree Parade during Nov. 1975, an essential task to enable the re-opening of the tramway by the BTPS.Bromide of a black and white photograph of rails being laid to cross Wendouree Parade to access the new BTPS depot access track. Excavation done, first main curve rail being positioned using a crane. Date of photograph late November 1974. Depot Junction in background. BTPS Annual report states that site work began 22/11/1974.
