Photograph shows the steel frame of an SW6, W6 or W7 class tram being constructed on number 7 Road inside Preston Workshops with a second frame adjacent. The frame sits on blocks and a weathered W5 class car with destination "Special route 11" with possible front apron damage sits behind the new frame.
