Photo of a newspaper article titled Water Continues to Rise in the Victoria Quartz by James Lerk. Article mentions William Abraham who was the mining inspector, who played a significant role in the flooding problem. Water levels had risen dramatically. Water flowed from one mine to another where they were connected.
