Placed a round hole in the ticket. Spring loaded, consists of two main parts with a pin & spring in addition. . Chrome plate has been partly worn off. Secured by three screws. For another example see Reg Item 7468 with large screws. There are no manufacturer markings or numbers on the punch. In 1938, the SEC Ballarat decoarated a tram with paper flowers for the Floral Festival. Has four ladies dressed in matching clothes standing inside the tram and four inside the doorways. Photographed in Wendouree Parade with Lake Wendouree in the background. The story is that it rained on the day and the ink in the dresses ran.
