Collection of newspaper articles and colour photo of Violee Davey, who was a student at Golden Square Laurel St. 1189. Violee was born on 10th June, 1906, to David and Margaret Davey, one of 16 ? Children. She was a volunteer at the Bendigo Easter Fair for 81 years. She received the Order of Australia Medal for services to community. Violee was the oldest living ex pupil at the 125h.
