Willem-Alexander became King of the Netherlands in 2013 on the abdecation of his mother Queen Beatrix.Cream coloured vase-shaped souvenir mug commemorating birth of Willem-Alexander of Orange on 27 April, 1967.Willem Alexander's coat of arms on an orange, white and blue banner is surmounted by a bouquest of orange branches. Underneath is the inscription 27 April 1967 Willem-Alexander. On the other side the Dutch National flag and an Orange Banner are crossed against the background of a colourful tree. -

The framed declaration is signed by the Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Dutch Queen, Wilhemina of Orange, on 9 May 1924.Dated: 9 Mei negentien vier en twintig ( 9 May 1924 ) and signed by Queen Wilhelmina. Has creases that somebody tried to fix with white-out. -

Current depictions of a stereotypical Kruikezeiker are based on the Tilburg sculpture created by Henk Smulders (1925-1994). Said statue is located on Nieuwlandstraat, Tilburg. Tilburg has embraced this legend and named itself "Kruikezeiker Stad" (Jug City). The legend is brought to the fore during Karneval celebrations. It is a symbol of the city. Bronze (?) male figure depicting him about to fill a jug with his urine. His right hand lifts his garment while he holds the jug in his left. These carts are seen in streets and markets throughout the Netherlands during herring season.Balsa wood model of a herring cart with 2 spoked wheels. Main body has two compartments covered with circular lids, surmounted by rack holding 3 herring barrels in the Dutch national colours of red ,white and blue. At top of rack a fish-shaped advertising salt and sour herrings. Main body also has a support at both ends and a handle for pushing the cart. At other end is preparation area with a hole for discarding fish waste into the bucket which is hanging below. A checked tea towel hangs off the preparation area. Next to the cart is white pot with a lid possibly for holding chopped onions. -

Cigar smoking was popular amongst Dutch men5784(a) and 5784 (b) are two pieces made of wood (presumed to be pine). 20 slots to mould the cigars. Bottom piece has deeper slots for the cigars. The two pieces are not solid pieces of wood. The bottom piece is made from two boards/pieces of wood stuck together with aeration space left in between. The top piece has 20 individual moulds/slot glued on. The two pieces can be locked in via three wooden pegs into their corresponding slots On the back of the lower board/piece - there are two holes lined with metal rings (diameter of 1cm) Note that the size given applies when the two pieces are fitted together.On the top board - There is stamped the numeral "53". To the left of this number, we have the manufacturer's circular logo with details - L. Bezemer & Zn. N.V.
