Object. A 5 cm long brass pin at rear, to attach to a uniform. A clasp .75 cm deep, 4 cm long is in navy blue enamel, with gold lettering 'LIFE GOVERNOR'. From this clasp a 5 cm long light blue grosgrain ribbon holds a brass clasp or suspender, from which hangs a circular medal, with five star points.
