The service of dedication of the "Flying Angel" stained glass window was filmed on 29th September 1999. The Windows was made by Peter Echter-Baltrunas from Lothlorian Glasss Art Studio and constructed. by Portland Leadlighters Guild for the St Peter's Mariners Chapel in the Portland (not to confuse with the St Peter chapel of the Flinders Street Mission in Melbourne).The Portland Mission opened in 1962. VHS video tape in plastic case. Front of case has a thin cardboard label/insert with an image depicting a stained glass window, with the text 'Portland Missions to Seamen' above the image and 'Flying Angel Project' below the image. In 1970 - Titan Pty Ltd acquired Turner Industries of Nunawading (Turner had commenced making tools there in 1936). In 1971 the Stanley Works was formed from Stanley-Titan and Turner Industries. The Port of Portland opened in 1959. Straight after the Mission had the desire to establish a Mission at this location. A building was found in November 1961 on Cliff Road (AR 1961). After alterations and renovations, it was officially dedicated and opened the 30 June 1962. She was born at Portland, Victoria, and studied art in Ballarat. She was a talented etcher from childhood, and joined the Portland Camera club.
