Scrap Book - with printed cardboard covers - titled scrap book on outside and reproductions of newspaper clippings printed onto covers, 64 pages off white paper. Scrap book compiled by Neville Gower from Nov. 1992 to June 1997. Primarily consists of newspaper clippings glued to the pages involving the Ballarat Tramway Museum. Also contained are other items of relevant interest, such as BTM brochures. Pages number in pencil by Warren Doubleday 2/2001. Where relevant some items contained in this book have been separately catalogued to enable easier reference. Some items were already in the collection and are thereby reference with their registered number. Also contains registered items 1659, 1654 and 1655. Notebook, with three sections of 16 pages each, two pink, one blue, stapled individually onto a yellow coloured card cover and then covered with a printed black and gold patterned sheet to cover the staples. Shown in a tabular form are the timetables for each of the Ballarat and Bendigo routes in the 1960's, for Mondays to Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Gives the run number, times at various points, special workings, terminals, short workings. The tables for Sundays in Bendigo has been prepared but not filled in. In the blue section has various notes on Ballarat weekday runs, timetables. Booklet printed with an address area with title in red and kookaburras. Produced by Murray View, Gympie Queensland. Set of three foolscap size sheets, for ARE/ARHS/AREA (Vintage Train) Tour to Ballarat, on Sunday 5 September 1971, the last day of the Mount Pleasant, Gardens Via St. West Lines. 1. - Welcome Aboard circular - printed both sides on pink paper - which involved the running of two trains, special bus and tram arrangements at Ballarat, for the visit to Sovereign Hill. Gives details of the tram timetables, for the afternoon, train departure times, lunch arrangements and notes on bus and tram running if peak loads encountered. 2nd copy ex Peter Winspur, added 11/1/2007. 2.
