Report - typed original, four foolscap pages, "Report of Enquiry re alleged breach of the Rules & Regulations by Conductor Bennett (Prahran & Malvern) held at Head Office of the Tramways Board.". Held 26/10/1921, with Mr Dix, Chief Manager in the chair. Parties involved were: Mr. Barnes (MMTB), Mr Abfalter (Union), Mr Hilton (witness), Mr Banks (witness), Miss Relph. The enquiry was into Conductor Bennett in relation to handling lost property - a purse lost by Miss Relph.
