On the 17th of June, 1988, the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria (AFV) conducted an Arthritis Self Help Course in Warrnambool to train its regional members as volunteer Fitness Leaders. In this photo, Education and Training Coordinator, Ben Witham, demonstrates an exercise using a stretch band to three course participants.
