This document was based on the Australian Railway Historical Society Vic. Div. and largely prepared by Shane McCarthy. Note reference to Ballarat Resident members and Councillors Was the basis of the Articles of Association of the BTPS Ltd. prepared during 1973. Understood to be prepared during 1971.
