In 1999, 'Active for Health' partnerships (funded by VicHealth) included a partnership with the Victorian Croquet Association. This series of photos were taken at the Victorian Croquet Association Open Day. The Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's new headquarters was officially opened on the 19th of October, 1994, by the Governor of Victoria, Richard E McGarvie. Named the Percy Baxter Arthritis Centre, the new building is situated at 263-265 Kooyong Rd, Elsternwick. This photo depicts Mrs Lesley McGarvie (the Governor's wife) shaking hands with Christine Jones, who is presenting Mrs McGarvie with a floral bouquet. Standing behind Christine is the AFV's Christine Hume-Cook.
