A new partnership between Parks Victoria and the health industry was launched at Albert Park on Tuesday, the 9th of October, 2001. Through a program titled "Healthy Parks, Healthy People", the role that parks play in the maintenance of good health for all Victorians would be promoted. Celebrity GP, Dr Sally Cockburn, also known as Dr Feelgood, was there to help launch the program.
