Also a three page photocopy of a handwritten agreement dated 11/10/1894 between owners of properties in the neighbourhood of the junction of Dandenong Road and Waverly Road and the Metropolitan Fire Bridgades Board to allow the Board to erect and use a fire station on Tree Reserve in Dandenong Road.
