In this photo, Governor McGarvie, Mrs Lesley McGarvie, and the AFV's founder and President, Rheumatologist Dr Leslie Koadlow, pose for a photo beside a bronze plaque commemorating the official opening of the new building. This photo appears on page 2 of the Vol 7 No 4, Summer 1994 issue of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's quarterly magazine, Arthritis Update.
