Various documents and correspondence detailing the history of the house and land on the corner of Dandenong and Waiora Roads, Caulfield, known as Cantala before being demolished and the land subdivided.
The first document is a typed 3 page history from Caulfield Historical Society dated 02/1974, describing the owner of the property, Septimus Miller, as well as architectural features of the house Cantala.
The second document is one page of typed correspondence from T J Hart to the editor of Southern Cross, dated 01/11/1973, describing the architectural features and history of Cantala.
The file also includes a copy of a typed letter from Brighton Historical Society concerning research conducted about Cantala and the subdivision and detailing the owners and occupiers of flats erected where Cantala stood. Accompanying this document is a one page handwritten note providing the same details.
