In the late 1990s, Arthritis Victoria undertook a Rural Access Pilot Project over a period of two years. In June 1999, during the final phase of the project, the Mildura Rural Access Pilot Project Task Force held a meeting. This photo, taken at the meeting, appears on page 20 of the Vol 12 Issue 4, Summer 1999 edition of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's quarterly magazine, Arthritis Update.
